Refund policy

All items are handmade, and all sales are final except in cases of damage or error.

If your order arrives defective or incorrect:

- Contact us within 7 days of delivery using the contact button at the bottom right of our shopping page.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue for review.
- If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund.
- Items must be unused and returned in their original condition.
- Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been cut.
